Fashion's Night Out 2012 - Houston, TX

This year Fashion's Night Out celebrated it's fourth year! There were celebrations all over the world including Houston. Fashion's Night Out is an annual event that celebrates fashion and provides the opportunity to experience high end design, shows and special events. There were events throughout Houston, but the hottest ticket was the Simon Now fashion show on the main floor of the Galleria. Fashions from Saks Fifth Avenue, Jimmy Choo, Max Mara, Neiman Marcus and more were featured at the Thursday night show. MUJI Acrylic 5 Drawer Organizer

I love organizing and beautiful things! I wanted to find a great and fashionable way to store my makeup! This is my first MUJI purchase and I will definitively be purchasing from the MUJI website again! The 5 drawer (10.2 x 6.9 x 6.3") unit sells for $27.95 plus tax. These drawers are perfect for storing lipsticks, lip glosses, eye shadows, blushes and eye products. It fit my Urban Decay NAKED palette perfectly. Spring Fragrance - Chanel Chance

Spring is in the air! It's time to transition from heavy, musky winter fragrances. Chanel Chance is fresh, light and alluring. It is the perfect balance of freshness and sweetness. The official description states "Waves of freshness collide with floral notes and merge with sensual, sweet and spicy elements".


The scent is not overpowering so It it appropriate for the office and it won't make your boyfriend/hubby sneeze ; )

There are a total of three fragrances in the Chance collection. I purchased Chanel Chance at my local Sephora, but you can also find it at most department stores.

Spring is here!! It's time for spring cleaning and organization projects. If you're looking to organize your shoe collection try these great shoe organizers from the Container Store. Revlon Colorstay Nail Polish Review

I'm a bit of nail polish fanatic, so I was excited to try Revlon's Colorstay nail color. It promises a gel-like shine that lasts up to 11 days when used with the corresponding base and top coat. When I purchased my first bottle I did not buy the Colorstay top coat and the color seemed dull. I applied another brand's top coat, but the color was still dull. Long story short..I purchased the Colorstay topcoat and it definitely gave my manicure more shine! I picked up Passionate Pink, Cafe Pink and Bold Sangria. I loved all the colors I picked up, but I was a little disappointed with Bold Sangria because it was a bit too dark. It looked more black than purple. You can pick these up at most grocery stores and drug stores for $7.99 or less. I plan to pick up a few more shades from this collection. There are 32 shades to choose from! Studded Flats

There's nothing boring about these flats!! I purchased these studded flats in black and salmon from my March Shoedazzle showroom for $39.95 per pair. The salmon color is gorgeous and on-trend for spring's pastel and neon trends. I would pair the salmon pair with grey skinny jeans and a yellow top. The studs add some rocker chic to the basic, black flat. Each pair came with a dust bag for travel.

First, I've struggled with acne (ugh!!) for as long as I can remember. I've tried tons of products and professional treatments over the years.
